9 am Contemporary
When the church gathers for worship, there is joy in the room! The 9 am Contemporary service is family-friendly and casual, with the feeling of a celebration. The service is led by a band that plays current worship songs. Children are always welcome in church, but nursery care and a parents’ room are also available. Children are dismissed for Sunday School toward the end of the service. Communion is celebrated typically at the first Sunday of each month.
10:45 am Heritage
The roots of Christian worship run deep in the tradition of the Western Church. At the 10:45 am Heritage Worship service, we worship using the historic liturgies and hymns of the Church that have been used in continuity through the centuries. This service features the organ and Communion is celebrated each week.
Kids are welcome at PLC!
Sunday School
Sundays for Preschool and Elementary School-aged children starts in the 9:00 am Contemporary Worship service. Children of all ages are always welcome in worship and there are activity bags available for little ones. Around 9:50 am, children leave the worship service early to experience fun lessons that engage them in an age-appropriate study of the Bible as one continuous story of God’s love for us. Sunday School concludes at 10:50 am.
Preschool - 6th Grade
Parents’ Room & Nursery
Infant - 4 Years Old
Children of all ages are welcome in the Sanctuary for worship, but the Parents’ Room and Nursery are also available as a service to families. The Parents’ Room is located in the back of the Sanctuary. It’s a great place to connect with other families of little ones. The Nursery is located off the back patio. It’s open from 8:50-11:00 am each Sunday for toddlers.
Sunday Community
After church, stay a little while longer and connect with others over coffee and donuts. Our Fellowship Hall and patios provide space to catch up with others and make new friends.
